PUK spokesman, Amin Baba Sheikh, states that neutrality in the foreign policy, forming relations with countries on the basis of mutual interest, and treating internal issues via constitution are important.

Amin Baba Sheikh, PUK spokesman and member of PUK politburo, expressed PUK's perspective about the mechanisms and ways of resolving the existing issues between Kurdistan Region and Iraq, and the necessity of strengthening Iraq's internal and international ties. "Neutrality in the foreign policy, forming relations with countries on the basis of mutual interest, and treating internal issues via constitution and confronting corruption with legal measures are necessary and important to implement stability and peace in the federal government of Iraq."

Regarding the need of the political parties to abide the constitution as a way to reduce the disputes, PUK spokesman said "Resolving the problems through constitution will lead Iraq to have a stronger position in the region and world."
