Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region Mr. Qubad Talabani, welcomed Norwegian ambassador to Iraq, Tone Allers, in Erbil, on Wednesday, Oct 21, 2020.

During the meeting both sides addressed the relation between Kurdistan Region and Norway, and the latest developments in negotiations between Erbil and the federal government.

“We talked about the bilateral relation, and the latest developments in the dialogues between Baghdad and Erbil.” Qubad Talabani wrote in his Facebook account.

He further added, “We have also discussed technical aid of Norway to Kurdistan Regional government in the service project, which aims at bettering the ways of providing governmental services for Kurdistan Regional people.”
