The co-leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bafel Talabani, held a meeting with Kurdistan Regional President and Deputy President of Kurdistan Democratic Party, Nechirvan Barzani, on Tuesday, Dec 1, 2020, in Erbil.

The meeting focused on the latest political changes in Kurdistan Region and the ramifications of COVID-19, particularly in economic and financial fields which have borough a tough situation and have applied a negative impact on the livelihood of people.

Moreover, the outstanding issues between Kurdistan Region and federal government, and the dialogues and attempts to resolve them were also addressed.

Both sides emphasized on the unity, harmony, and cooperation between the partand ethnicities of Kurdistan Region so as to pass this difficult circumstance and face the challenges during this phase and in the future.
