On Tuesday, Dec 8, thee Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Co-leader, Bafel Talabani, in the politburo building in Erbil, met the French Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, Olivier Decottignies.

During a meeting accompanied by the official of the Foreign Relations Office, Dr. Soran Jamal Taher, the latest developments and political and economic changes in the region were discussed, and views were exchanged in this regard. In this regard, all parties must have one vote and hold an urgent dialogue with the federal government to secure the region’s financial dues.

The co-leader clarified that the Patriotic Union will make all its efforts and its internal and international relations to secure the salaries of citizens and the constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region.

Added to that;  Bafel Talabani stressed that the National Union is working from now on for the success of the reform program and for making fundamental changes in the administration of the region.
