The international coalition bombarded an ISIS hideout in Makhoul Mountain on Monday morning, Jan 25.

The Iraq’s Security Cell said in a statement that they had obtained information from Iraq’s national intelligence agency about a hideout hiding members of ISIS in Makhoul Mountain.

“Along with the cooperation and observation of Joint Operations Command, the warplanes of international coalition carried out a strike at the dawn on the hideaway,” the statement said.

It also added, “As a result of the strike, few ISIS members were killed, and the security forces arrived in the place.”
