Head of National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, paid a visit to the mausoleum of the late President Jalal Talabani at the Dabashan mount of Slemani, and was received there by PUK Co-chairs Bafel Talabani and Lahur Talabany, on Saturday, Feb 20.

“Mam Jalal was a lovely person in the heart of all Iraqis, and now we remember all the works he has done for the service of the people of Iraq.” Ammar al-Hakim said during his Press Conference.

Mam Jalal struggled for the whole Iraqis and defended the Iraqi and Kurdish nations, he added. “Unfortunately, Iraq is currently facing some challenges which during his period those obstacles were resolved by his efforts.” Head of National Wisdom Movement stated.

“We know that the people of Kurdistan have shed blood for the freedom of their homeland. Woefully, the absence of late President Jalal Talabani is a great loss for all the Iraqis.” He said.

Ammar al-Hakim also stated that he with the leaders in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan will discuss on cooperation and political tasks in Iraq today, and addressing the efforts to proceed the 2021 budget draft in a way to be in favor of all the Iraqis.
