On Sunday, Jul 11, Qubad Talabani, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, oversaw a security meeting to introduced a new Head of Intelligence Agency, in Slemani.

In the meeting, Qubad Talabani introduced Azhi Amin as the new Head of the Intelligence Agency (Zanyari), and he called on the security authorities to continue their tasks of maintaining security and stability and strengthening cooperation with each other.

He reiterated the need for security institutions not to interfere in political affairs, but to maintain the security and stability.
