In a visit to Koya district on Tuesday, Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, Chief of PUK’s executive board, opened a number of assembly halls.

The assembly halls were constructed by Darbaz Kosrat Rasul, in the villages of Segrdkan, Sekani, Tazade, Awmal and Omergumat,as a reward for the residents of the region.

During the opening ceremony, Kosrat said, “It is the duty of all to better serve these areas, and we regard this as a primitive right of the district’s people.”
