The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) of Iraq, stated that the result of the manual and electronic counting of the voting process were the same.

Jumana Khalawy, spokesman of the IHEC, stated in a press conference, “Following the end of the voting process, the results of the voting were also counted manually, and compared with the electronic counting results.”

“The results of manual and electronic counting were turned out to be same 100%, and there was no any difference.” she pointed out.
