The meeting of Iraqi political parties was held with the participation of President Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and all three Iraqi presidents and representatives of the United Nations in Iraq.

The Iraqi government is mediating to resolve the country's current crisis, and national discussions were held in Baghdad with the participation of Iraqi leaders.

The meeting was at the request of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kadhimi, who invited all the leaders of his political parties to participate in a special meeting in which they will work through national negotiations and discussions to resolve political tensions and issues.
