Deputy PM of Kurdistan Region Qubad Talabani (in the middle) is presiding over the Kurdistan Regional Government's delegation to Estonia on May 22, 2019 so as to talk over the E-system.
Deputy PM of Kurdistan Regional Government, Mr. Qubad Talabani, is in Estonia to contribute in the Fifth International Conference on Electronic government to address the importance of E-government and the pattern of transforming KRG to such a system.
During the session, Qubad Talabani said “Our road to digital system is different; we have passed through harsh situations due to the crises”
He also added “following the defeat of ISIS and end of financial crisis, we faced various obstacles, and for now we would like to precede people’s tasks via electronic system”
The Fifth International Conference on E-government is held in Tallinn, Estonia, under the slogan of “Common Purpose..Different Road-Maps”, with the participation of 100 countries, and Qubad Talabani is presiding over the Kurdistan Regional Government's delegation to Estonia.
